INSTRUCTIONS TO PAY & RSVP BY POSTAL MAIL

Make sure to include ALL OF THE FOLLOWING in your  mail envelope. 

1. You must first download and print out the RSVP form to be included in your mail envelope (see link below)

2. On the RSVP form, please make sure to fill out all relevant information.  

3. Include check or money order in your envelope ($100 per person attending the event).   Payable to "Mercer County Track and Field Hall of  Fame"
